1. Kitsune udon ingredients are 1 slice kamaboko (pink fish cake), 1 pack of udon, sliced oriental bunching onion, 2 slices assorted tofu, and cold noodle sauce. (Click the image for better display)

2. Prepare a pot fill with water for the soup and add cold noodle sauce into the pot with the proportion of 5: 1. (water 5 and cold noodle sauce by 1). Heat it up until its hot.

3. While waiting for the soup boils, heat up another pot fill with water. This time, the pod is for heating up the udon.

4. Insert 1 pack of udon and stir it to prevent tangling.

5. Then, place the udon into the colander to shed the water from the udon.

6. Place the udon into a bowl.

7. Then, on top of that, pour the soup from the other pot until the soup covers the udon.

8. This is the image of how it would look like.

9. The next step is the preparation of topping. This is a pack of Tsubaki Food Service's assorted tofu.

10. Set the 2 slices of assorted tofu on top of the soup(udon).

11. Then, follow with Japanese fish cake. We only need one slice.

12. Place 1 slice of  Japanese fish cake next to the assorted tofu.

13. Next, sprinkle sliced oriental bunching onion next to the assorted tofu.

15. Fast and easy!!! Its ready to serve!
