Direction



1. Nigiri Sushi ingredients are Sushi Sashimi Soy Sauce, Japanese rice, Japanese sushi vinegar, pink ginger for decoration, assorted saba (Shime-saba), raw sliced  salmon, tuna, Tai( Seabream Snapper), Kanikama, and shrimps and the sushi plastic blog.

2. In a big bowl, mix the rice with Japanese sushi vinegar. For your information, if you get lost with the amount of vinegar put into rice. The amount of vinegar added to rice is the 20 percent amount  from the total amount of rice.

3. Mix the Japanese vinegar and rice well.

4. The next step is place the rice into the plastic blog.( You can find this plastic blog from the Japanese supermarket or for more information, please call us).

5. Fill the blog with the rice to create a shape.

6. Set the blog on the cutting board and press it.

7. And the rice will come out looking like this shape.

8. Now, slice the salmon (2-3mm)

9. Slice the assorted saba, tuna, seabream snapper, squid, and kanikama (Cut at the same 2-3 mm like salmon).

10. Then, lay the raw fishes on top of the rice.

11. Assorted saba. From this point, there will be an examples of how it would look like.

15. After all you get the nigiri sushi done, place it on a plate with some pink ginger decoration aside.
