1. Saba teriyaki ingredients are half body Mackerel, pink ginger, parsley, and Teriyaki Sauce.
2. Cut the Saba into half.
3. Score each side of the mackerel about 6 times. But not quite through to the bone.
4. close up of Scoring.
5. Score it until in reaches to the tail of the Mackerel.
6. After that, place the Saba in the toaster for about 15- 20 minutes with a heat of 250C.
7. Then, when the Mackerel is cooked and grilled, place it on the plate.
8. Next, pour the teriyaki sauce on top the grilled Saba as much as you want. (Pour it until it looks juicy).
9. Now, aside the grilled Saba, place parsley and pink ginger for decoration.
10. Ready to serve!
