1. Sashimi Moriawase ingredients are fresh salmon, tuna, seabream snapper, assorted saba, shrimp, kanikama, squid, sliced turnip, cucumber, and shiso leaf.

2. First, cut the fish into 1/2 inch(about 1.3 cm cubes).

3. It would look like the image above.

4. Also with salmon, apply the same technique that we used with Tuna.(cut into 1/2 inch).

5. Then, seabream snapper as well, cut it into 1/2 inch.

6.  Also with assorted saba (Shime saba). Cut it into 1/2 inch.

7. Cut the Kanikama into half.

8. After the fishes are cut, place it on the plate.

9. Slice the Japanese radish as thin as possible as you can. Then, place the bundle of Sliced Japanese radish on your plate. You might be thinking of the composition on the plate and where the Japanese radish can be placed for aesthetic look.

10. Once you have already decorate the Japanese radish on the plate, on top of the radish, place the Shiso leaf. Let the radish support the Shiso leaf behind it.

11. After that, place 7 slices of cucumber to the center.

12. Okay! Now, after we are set with the decorations, place the Tuna to the center first.

13. Then follow with Salmon placed in front of Tuna. Followed with the other raw fishes.

14. Make sure when you are placing the raw fish slices, try to make a layers to it. (for example, the fish slice behind one before should be lifted higher than the first layer to give a dimension to part of the decoration).

15. Also with sliced squid as well. Try to make it into layers for its aesthetics look.

16. Here we are. Japanese food has one of the beautiful decoration with food.

17. Now you are ready to eat!
